*The BLOSSOMS story. *
With 16 years’ experience in the wedding industry, and our sister company *VIP
Weddings* celebrating ten years in its own right this year, room styling,
florals and making the most of a space, has been my passion for a long
time.
With the onset of the pandemic and the halt to the wedding industry, 2020
became an opportunity to establish *Ballina Blossoms*, an online flower
delivery service, an idea which had been floating quite a while. However,
the real dream came true when we moved from our rural studio to a bricks &
mortar store in 2023, expanding from flowers to a beautiful home styling
and gift store, based in Abbey Business Park, Ballina.
I wanted a place where I could share my experience and knowledge of room
styling, designing beautiful spaces and creating an ambience, together with
my love of bringing joy and smiles to people. As a teacher I loved
encouraging people, making them feel valued and special, and though I left
my career in education to pursue my true passion, I am honoured to play a
small part in and witness the joy, thoughtfulness and kindness of people
every day in the flowers that are chosen from our Boutique wall or
delivered daily, and the sentiments they are sent with.
